Kaiwhakahaere Whakaputa - Factory Manager

 

A factory manager is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, from receiving raw materials to shipping finished products. They manage production schedules, ensure production targets are met, and maintain quality standards. They also oversee the work of all factory staff, making sure procedures are followed to guarantee the safety, hygiene, and efficiency of the manufacturing process.

The factory manager also plays a key role in health and safety regulations and may be involved in budgeting to optimise factory operations.

Useful to have:

- A general course in people management
