Quality Controller

A quality controller is responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality and safety standards before they are distributed to customers. They inspect incoming raw materials, monitor the production process, and conduct tests to check for freshness, cleanliness, and proper packaging.

Quality controllers also maintain detailed records of quality assurance checks and work closely with production teams to address any issues that may arise. Their primary goal is to ensure that all seafood products leaving the facility meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
